On Thursday, March 12th from 12 PM to 2 PM at every single UC campus, tens of thousands of ASEs, SSAPs, and RPSPs will stand together for the Last Chance Picket & Day of Visibility.

In response to numerous unfair labor practices (ULPs) committed by UC management, 23,314 UC-UAW workers voted on ULP Strike Authorizations, with 93.3% voting yes. These SAVs were a wake-up call to UC management, a foreshadowing of what will happen if UC continues to violate labor law and prevent progress in these negotiations. Since then, the pace of negotiations has picked up but management has not resolved their unfair labor practices which are still preventing a full and fair agreement.

Join your colleagues to demand that UC changes course and remedies their unlawful conduct. It’s time to put UC on notice – it’s their last chance to do the right thing and prevent a strike.
